VENDOR INFORMATION

 


1)            Each vendor area of 12’ x 10’ is $150

2)            Willow Springs does not allow any food vendors.

3)            Vendors can start setting up at 8:00 am and must be set up by 9:45 am

4)            There is a $5 entrance fee that must be paid to Willow Springs at the gate. 

5)            There are electrical outlet in some of the vendor areas.  You must specify in the application if you need electricity.  Please bring your own extensions.

VENDORS

A select group of vendors will be located in the paddock areas.   A variety of booths selling motorsports and non-motorsports oriented merchandise will be open through the day.  Don't forget your inaugural Rotary Wheels at Willow Springs t-shirt from the Lancaster West Rotary booth, it's bound to be a collector's item!   For more information about participating as a vendor, call or email Gus Camacho at   gus@camachoauto.com

SAFETY AND REGISTRATION


All participants entering the raceway will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability provided by the track operator.  You must have a current driver's license and car registration to drive the Lapping Big Willow event.  If the driver is not the car's owner, the owner must also sign when registering.

Convertibles without roll bars are not permitted on the Big Willow track.

Helmets and seat belts are required.  Loaner helmets will be available. 

Long pants, long sleeves and comfortable shoes are recommended for all events.

A simple tech inspection is required: 4/32-5/32 tire tread depth, check tire pressure.  50% of brake pads left. Fluids checked, no oil or water leaks.
