VENDOR INFORMATION

1) Each vendor area of 12’ x 10’ is $150

2) Willow Springs does not allow any food vendors.

3) Vendors can start setting up at 8:00 am and must be set up by 9:45 am

4) There is a $5 entrance fee that must be paid to Willow Springs at the gate.

5) There are electrical outlet in some of the vendor areas. You must specify in the application if you need electricity. Please bring your own extensions.

STEAK DINNER

For 30 years Lancaster West Rotary has hosted our signature Steak Dinner. This year, we're taking it on the road to Rotary Wheels at Willow Springs. A juicy Porterhouse steak grilled to order is guaranteed to make your mouth water. Dinner includes delicious side dishes, desserts and soft drinks. Draft Beer and fine wines are also available. This year's event at the Budweiser Balcony provides panoramic views of the entire Willow Springs Motorsports Park and is a great way to end your day.
