VENDOR INFORMATION
1) Each vendor area of 12’ x 10’ is $150
2) Willow Springs does not allow any food vendors.
3) Vendors can start setting up at 8:00 am and must be set up by 9:45 am
4) There is a $5 entrance fee that must be paid to Willow Springs at the gate.
5) There are electrical outlet in some of the vendor areas. You must specify in the application if you need electricity. Please bring your own extensions.

Rotary Wheels at Willow Springs: the Race to End Polio. This exciting event will take place on April 7, 2012 from 9 am to 7 pm at Willow Springs Raceway in Rosamond.
YOU CAN:
(1) Drive the Big Willow track, a 2.5 mile world class race course!
(2) Ride in a Drift Car!
(3) Drive a high performance go-kart!
(4) End your day with a sizzling Porterhouse steak dinner.
THE RACE TO END POLIO
After 20 years of hard work, Rotary and its partners are on the brink of eradicating this tenacious disease, but a strong push is needed now to root it out once and for all. It is a window of opportunity of historic proportions.
Your contribution will help Rotary raise $200 million to match $355 million in challenge grants received from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The resulting $555 million will directly support immunization campaigns in developing countries, where polio continues to infect and paralyze children, robbing them of their futures and compounding the hardships faced by their families.
As long as polio threatens even one child anywhere in the world, children everywhere remain at risk. The stakes are that high. Come out to Willow Springs International Raceway and help the Lancaster West Rotary Club make this the biggest END POLIO NOW fundraiser in the United States this year.
One hundred percent of profits from all motorsports events will be contributed to the Rotary International Foundation - End Polio Now campaign by Lancaster West Rotary. For every Lapping Big Willow ticket sold by another Rotary Club before the day of the event, $125 will be contributed to the Rotary International Foundation - End Polio Now campaign in the name of the club which sold the ticket.
